The Quantum Mental Health Podcast, with host Dr. Kelli Ritter:

How shame-resilience helps with life transitions, such as becoming a parent & perimenopause

I know how much courage it takes to reach out to a therapist. I know how hard it is to begin your search and sift through the hundreds of options available for you, in private practices across the country.

I know how much of an investment of time, energy, and money it is, to embark upon psychological therapy. I know how important it is for you to feel a connection with a therapist - to feel aligned with the way they work, and to feel a deep appreciation for how they speak about emotional struggles and healing.

This is why I'm providing you with a list of the podcast episodes I've recorded, above, for you listen to at your leisure.

Within each episode, I have heartfelt, authentic discussions with the wonderful podcasts hosts, about various aspects of mental health, physical health and healing. And because they are audio tracks, you can listen to them while you're on the go - something I very much value myself as a busy mum!

I'm confident that listening to one or two of these recordings will give you a really good sense of whether I feel like a good fit for your current needs. I hope you enjoy them, and find something in them that resonates with your own experiences.
