One-off, psychology assessment appointment:

If you are a new client, we always start here, with a one-off, no-commitment-necessary, initial appointment - to discuss your needs, and to see if we are a good fit to work more together.

Investment for individuals: £140 per hour-long appointment.

Extended Psychology Assessment:

​

Sometimes, you might not be ready to commit to psychological therapy, and/or you might be unsure which type of therapy might be useful for you. If this is you, I can offer you a contained and clarifying extended psychological assessment, so that you can get clearer regarding what your current needs are, and get some expert recommendations for what is most likely to be helpful for you, moving forward. An extended assessment can be built in a customised way, to best suit your needs (e.g. 2 or more sessions; with a written report or without). These sessions are likely to be held weekly.

Investment: From £280, depending on your needs.

Long-term, Open-ended, Psychological Therapy:

 

This option may be for you if you've had some therapy in the past, and you've found it helpful, but ultimately feel that it has not been able to get to the root cause of your suffering, or sense of stuck-ness. You now believe it's time to give your psychological & emotional health more time & attention, for deep healing and longer-term gains. For example, to safely address any unresolved emotional trauma in therapy takes time, as it requires a good, trusting & safe relationship with a therapist, which always needs time and space to develop. I always recommend that these sessions will be held weekly, for maximal effectiveness & value for money.
